What to expect from a Reiki session

 

Before a session,  I always like to have an initial chat to discuss my role and approach to Reiki treatment and, also,  your expectations from the session. You will lie down comfortably, ( as opposed to a massage, there is not need to remove any clothes ). I always start the session  with some deep breathing exercises to make you feel at ease. During the session, I move my hands lightly over  your body and then  place them gently on  your  head, forehead, arms, hands and feet.

As the treatment takes place, you may experience sensations such as heat, tingling, subtle pulsations or others, but this is nothing to worry about.

And I finish  with another chat to review the session and to invite your own reflections and insights.

Please note that Reiki is not a substitute for orthodox or medical treatments

• 6. Demonstration & practice of a Distant treatment.

• 8. Becoming a Reiki practitioner.

Requirements, code of practice,  insurance.

• 9. Setting up a practice.
• 10. How to give a professional treatment.
• 11. Integrating Reiki in your life.

Re-attunment Session-Course

This session/course is designed for people that have Reiki 1 and/ or  Reiki 2 qualifications and feel the need to reconnect with Reiki.

Only two-hour session/ course where an attunement takes place and also a brief revision of the principal aspects of Reiki

It stimulates blood flow to the scalp, neck and face, improving circulation which helps to nourish the tissues and facilitates the removal of toxins.

This massage induces a deep state of relaxation and can help with headaches and tension. It does also balance the body energies, providing a sense of well-being.

Welcome to your wonderful Reiki journey !

I am a great believer that things happen for a reason

They say that Reiki finds you, and in my case it did.

Some time after my parents passed away, I started hearing about Reiki and its wonderful healing and beneficial properties, so I had a treatment.

It was such a marvellous and incredibly nurturing experience that I decided I wanted to help people the way Reiki had helped me. So I became a Reiki practitioner and then a Reiki master.

Reiki is an energy healing treatment, a wonderful complementary remedy for the mind, body and soul.

It is not a substitute for medical treatment

My training is in both Reiki lineages ( Western & Eastern ) which go back to the founder,  Mikao Usui.
